This in-person weekend class is designed for elementary age children (1st – 5th grade) who struggle with anger. Parents and children will learn how to to recognize and manage seven common anger triggers:

Frustration
Interruption
Refusal
Expectations
Disappointment

Unfairness
Provocations

The group is led by Jeff Sosne, Ph.D., a child psychologist with more than forty years of experience helping children & families address anger through emotional regulation.

This is a two – day workshop, held over the course of a weekend, with a booster session one month later for parents only. All sessions are held in person.

Cost: $500.00/ weekend (not insurance billable), includes a 12-month subscription to all FIRED UP online modules.
