Bennett Gertz, MD

Dr. Gertz earned his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his Pediatrics residency at Georgetown University and his Neurodevelopmental Disabilities fellowship at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. During his training, he also completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellowship. Dr. Gertz moved to Portland in 2010. He worked at a multidisciplinary child development clinic for several years, then joined the Children’s Program in 2017. Dr. Gertz enjoys working with children and teens with a variety of developmental differences, and their families, for medical evaluations, developmental monitoring, and medication management.
