Karin Pierce is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She earned her Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Loma Linda University in 2014 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) in 2001 from the same university. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Before becoming a PMHNP, Karin worked for 13 years as a Registered Nurse (RN), most of which was spent in child and adolescent inpatient psychiatry.

She has also held positions in nursing education and administration, dedicating her entire career to the mental health setting.

Karin moved to Portland in 2016. She is experienced in providing medication management to children, adolescents, and young adults seeking treatment for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
