RISE UP Camp 2025

Apr 3, 2025

Children’s Program is excited to bring back our highly successful therapeutic day camp for incoming 6th-8th graders this summer. RISE UP provides a microcosm of what students may experience in middle school. Campers practice key relationship skills with one another with the goal of increasing maturity and confidence. Fun-filled outdoor games, crafts, play, thought-provoking activities, and supportive group discussions center around the RISE UP principles (Respectful, Inclusive, Self-Aware, Empathic, UPstanders). We provide close supervision and a safe space to help campers learn when and how to step up, but also when and how to step down. We do not allow campers to mistreat one another, and we utilize small group activities to ensure we are matching up campers who are able to support one another in their growth.
