Pay Attention to Attention Weekend Workshops

Dec 1, 2025

February 21 – 22, 2026

These in-person workshops closely approximate classroom and social situations, so that your child can practice skills in a representative environment. Parents will observe classes so they can reinforce skills through at-home practice.

This workshop is designed for elementary age children (1st – 5th grade) who struggle with self-control and/or effortful attention (AD/HD). We will focus on teaching children to self-regulate during peer interactions, so that they can work productively and play appropriately. This section will emphasize impulse control and social skills.

Pay Attention to Attention – Twice Exceptional Students
Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm each day (Breaks included)
Cost: $500.00/ weekend (not insurance billable, but includes subscription to all Pay Attention to Attention online modules)
This workshop is designed for twice-exceptional, or 2E, students (children who are gifted or creative, but struggle with attention and sustained effort) in 3rd to 5th grade. Through guided activities and hands-on attention experiments, parents and children will learn how attention fluctuates and how it can be intentionally directed to support learning and task completion. This section places a deeper emphasis on teaching children the nature of attention.
The 2E PATA group is led by licensed psychologist Jeff Sosne, Ph.D. and psychologist resident Erica Tobin, Psy.D.
