Crafting Connections is an 8-week group for middle school girls who want to build confidence, strengthen social skills, & find a deeper sense of belonging within a supportive community. Each session blends creative projects with guided discussions, helping girls explore their emotions, develop skills to build meaningful social connections, practice self-care, and expand their coping toolkit.
