Hailey Albin

Psychologist, PsyD

Dr. Albin helps children and families understand challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful change together. She approaches her work with warmth and curiosity, balancing evidence-based practice with flexibility and collaboration. Her therapy style is active and goal-oriented, with an emphasis on helping children and caregivers develop practical skills that support growth both in and outside of sessions. Dr. Albin earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University, where she specialized in child and family practice. She completed her doctoral internship and postdoctoral residency at Children’s Program, providing therapy and assessment services for youth and their families.

Dr. Albin specializes in the evaluation and treatment of infants through school-age children. While her clinical focus has centered on childhood anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders, she also works with children experiencing selective mutism, PANDAS/PANS, tic disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors, and has extensive experience supporting children with trauma-related concerns, mood difficulties, ADHD, learning differences, and behavioral challenges. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrates a range of evidence-based practices (e.g., ERP, ACT, HRT). She is additionally trained in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), a parent-based intervention for child anxiety.

Dr. Albin takes a person-centered approach, recognizing that each child and family has unique strengths and needs. She is passionate about helping children and families better understand their experiences and values collaboration as a foundation for meaningful, lasting change. She believes progress is strongest when children, caregivers, and clinicians work together toward shared goals in a compassionate, supportive environment.

Outside of work, Dr. Albin enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting the Oregon coast, traveling, exploring new coffee shops, and relaxing with her dog.
