
Ellie McLoughlin

Ellie is a third-year doctoral student in the PsyD program at George Fox University. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from George Fox and completed her Bachelor’s of Science at the University of Oregon, studying psychology with minors in music and global service. Ellie’s current training focuses on providing both psychological assessments and therapeutic services. Ellie’s prior experience working with children ranges across multiple settings, including as a former preschool teacher and as a home visitor for Head Start. Most recently, Ellie trained in OHSU’s outpatient pediatric anxiety clinic, with a focus on CBT, exposure and response prevention, and trauma-focused interventions. She has a strong interest in trauma-informed care and approaches her work with compassion, creativity, and curiosity. In her free time, Ellie enjoys baking for friends and family, playing board games, and music, particularly singing and piano.
